Recently, I submitted a claim for an automobile accident and Jeff provided an experienced hand to help quarterback the multiple State Farm internal parties and provide a seamless experience. I was referred by a co-worker who has been with his office for a number of years and I'm glad I decided to go with Jeff as our agent when we moved to State Farm. He was able to work with our insane schedule, needs via email, etc. We're moving out of state soon and we'll be staying with State Farm as we've had a great experience, especially thanks to Jeff. "Reached out to this office for a home and auto quote. Initial response was quick and I provided the info that was requested, but then the office went dark. I'm left to assume they weren't able to compete with my current provider. An email telling me as much would have been nice."
